Blogging next week for Whipped Cream’s BlogFest!

Hi everyone! So sorry for the radio silence. In my “real” life I have kids home for the summer so I’ve been trying to keep them busy. But good news! They go back to school soon and for the first time, I’ll be able to write full time during the day. I hope this results in many great books coming soon for your reading pleasure. I am juggling three or four at the moment, including one that I mean to develop into a series. More on that to come.

In the meantime, be sure to drop by Whipped Cream on July 30th and 31st (THIS WEEKEND!) for their Fourth Anniversary Blog Fest! I’ll be one of the eighty authors blogging over the weekend (40 on Whipped Cream Reviews, 40 on The Long and Short of It Reviews) and every time you comment you’re entered to win a Nook, Kindle, or $150 Amazon gift card, your choice.

It’s a great way to get familiar with new authors and possibly win prizes at the same time. They also have many other fourth anniversary festivities coming up, including a blog scavenger hunt and HUGE Yahoo Author Chat weekend. Click the highlighted link above to hear all the details, and please drop by to leave me some comments.

I’d love for one of you to win!

Finally, thank you so much for the outpouring of support for Lily Mine. Last I looked it was climbing the Amazon erotica bestseller list and I have you to thank for that. Thanks for talking about it and telling your friends, and for your wonderful support.

  1. Hi Miss.Joseph,
Do you know when you will be blogging this weekend? Love all your books and I am a working mom myself but I can’t wait for a new one to come out. Keep writing girl!

  2. Hi Ireland!

The way it’s set up, there are twenty authors who are just going to keep throwing out posts throughout the day. I’ll probably try to post one in the AM time frame, one around noon, and one in later afternoon. I’m trying to think of good topics…LOL. Should be interesting to see what everyone writes about.

  3. It seems like every one of your books I read becomes my new favorite and the pattern has held true. Lily Mine is awesome, I’ve even convinced my husband to give it a try.

  4. Oh, Mockingbird, I’m so glad you liked it! I was worried because it was so unlike the books I usually write. I enjoy writing about that time period so much. I actually started another book set in that time frame, but it probably won’t be done until next year. There are a few contemporaries in line before it. 🙂

But I thought I might call it Sylvie Mine, and make my regencies a series. So whenever I feel like writing another regency I can give it a title with “[heroine’s name] Mine” and people will know what they’re getting. Hmm… So much I want to write, so little time!
