Wow. So I’ve been checking in on Mercy on Amazon for a while, enjoying the novelty of being in the top ten Erotica bestsellers. My husband asked me where I was this morning and when I checked I saw that I was at #1! Not only that, but for the first time, I’d cracked the top 100 Romance list, making it up to #79. That’s the overall Romance list, including mainstream romance, serials, etc.
All I can say is thank you. I know a book doesn’t get that big without word of mouth, and I truly appreciate all the people who have taken the time to post reviews of my work or recommend it to a friend.
I promise I am working furiously on Club Mephisto and a couple other books that should all be out by spring of next year. I hope you will keep coming back and reading more of my stuff. And thanks for giving a somewhat edgy book like Mercy a chance!
Great Read, a real erotic flow of diction and spell-binding in parts, a great read to take on a plane journey…will keep you quiet..!
I personally loved Mercy! It is so hard to find kinky books with actual meaning (romance, a connection, real characters). This is the first one I read like that and I’m already picking out which one of your next books to start!
Oh, thanks Lynn!
Yes, that’s the whole reason I started writing. The characters in all the “quickies” and kink books were not developed enough for me. The stories were contrived and boring, and the relationships were so shallow. I really try hard with all my books to make them strong enough to stand on their own as romantic stories. Then I add all the hot kinky sex!!
Whatever you pick next, I hope you like it! Club Mephisto is the only one that’s not real romantic, so you might want to avoid that. But the rest…you should like them!
