I know I said I would keep everyone posted on upcoming release dates, but my editor has been traveling and busy with workshops, so I don’t yet know the release date for Firebird. It will be sometime this spring, I just don’t know when. As soon as she gets to me with a solid date, I’ll be sure to post it.

That release will be e-book only, just like Comfort Object. Several people have contacted me asking if and when Comfort Object will be out in paperback, as that is their preferred way to read. Believe me, I wish I had a better answer. The only way to make that happen is to email the powers-that-be at Loose Id and beg them to do it! Loose Id does paper-publish a select few books, but it is based on sales and demand. Another option is to do what I do — download and print. You can get your copy bound at your local copy shop. 🙂

I am now well into Deep In The Woods. It’s turning into quite the hot, hot, HOT bdsm novel although as I mentioned earlier, this one will have some darker themes as well. If Loose Id passes on it, I will probably publish it at Lulu, in which case it will be available soon after Firebird. Like most of my other books, the more I get to “know” the characters through writing, the more emotional places the story ends up going. I really like what it’s developing into. Hopefully you will too.

I got the contract today for Loose Id to publish my next book, Firebird. I’m really excited because it’s a great book with a really touching story and great hero and heroine.

It should be out sometime in March or early April. When I have an exact date I’ll let everyone know.

Now that Firebird is in for editing, I’ve begun my new book. I intended to take a week off, but oh well.

I’m one chapter in, but it’s still untitled for now. I’m just glad I finally settled on the names for my characters!! Thanks to the wonderful peeps in my “Lifestyle” group on FetLife for the name help. 🙂 Maybe they can give me title help down the line.

This book will be slightly darker than my last one, but there are a lot of themes I’ve felt driven to write about lately, the least of which is finding your way out of a forest when everything seems dark and scary. But my heroine will do it! With the help of the hero of course.

Low Translation is on hold for now, but that will come out too, probably following this one. So many ideas, so little time!

My next book, The Firebird, is done, and in the editing stage. I was stuck for a while, but the denouement is better than I ever imagined!

Comfort Object is still on track for release on October 27th.

Next month, people! I’m so excited, I can’t believe the release date is almost here. I just got my cover proofs from Loose Id. I love the art they chose.
