I was happy to be the featured author on Amanda Young’s “Romance Without Inhibition” blog yesterday. She asked a lot of great fun questions, and I was able to talk about my upcoming books Deep In The Woods, and Fortune, and also about my soon-to-be-released FIREBIRD! I just received the cover for my June 15th release, Firebird! What do you think?

Firebird is about a girl from the back of the corps who gets chosen to star in a new production of Stravinsky’s Firebird. The choreographer originally chooses Prosper for her dancing but believe me…pretty soon it’s about a lot more than dancing with these two.

They start a D/s relationship but they have to keep it a secret. Add to that the stresses of rehearsals, a jealous prima ballerina, a flirtatious partner, a problem with perfectionism, a dangerous lift, and the fact that after the production, Jackson, the choreographer, will have to return to Chicago. It’s a rollercoaster and it’s hot, hot, hot. I hope everyone will pick it up at Loose Id on June 15th!

I’m getting really excited about upcoming releases and the new stuff I’m working on, but I took a break this week to do a radio interview with Frank Kermit of FrankTalks.com. It was really fun! We talked about power exchange, the BDSM lifestyle, and the ups and downs of being a BDSM romance writer.

Frank has a great website where he sells books and hosts workshops about relationships and helping partners meet each other’s emotional needs. He also works as a relationship consultant. Firebird is still slated for a June 15 release at Loose Id. I am hot and heavy into final edits right now, and hopefully will have some cover art to share soon. 🙂

It will be up sometime in late May. I’ll be sure to let everyone know the day it goes live. We talked about a lot of my past books and about what’s coming up too!

Amanda is a great writer and a great person. If you haven’t checked out her books, you should…very hot stuff!

I found out today that Firebird will be out at Loose Id on June 15th. It may be moved sooner if I’m lucky but apparently they have a backlog of titles to get out. If the release date does get moved up, I’ll let you know.
