I would like to thank you for the dark circles around my eyes. This story was deffo worth it. I don’t know how I ended up with dowloading first the sample and then the whole story on amazon last night.
This story was an emotionally intensive one with fine touches of BDSM. Well for some it would be too light but with the fragile Caressa something deeper and darker would be the feather that broke the horse’s back. Reading about this tantrum prone, stubborn, insecure girl felt like walking a memory lane and having a mirror in front of me. Only a man who adores you can see behind your lashing out and your tantrums, namely as your fear of failing. And only he can be your security net and not let you fail or fall. And my net hasn’t failed me for so many years!
And now off to see why Kyle ended as an user and drunk before he met Caressa.
Alma, thank you so much for the wonderful comments! I think we can all see aspects of ourselves in Caressa and her fears. I hope you will enjoy Comfort Object too! I think the BDSM is a bit more intense but the story is just as sweet.

Any idea when Lily Mine is going to be released? I could have sworn when I was going through Ellora’s Caves’ Coming Soon section that I saw the cover and it was due out today, March 4th. (Maybe I got the date wrong). But it’s not even in the coming soon section now. Just curious…

Hi Shauna. Yes, Lily Mine was pulled from release at the last minute due to contractual and artistic disputes with EC. Hopefully it will all be ironed out eventually. I’ll keep everyone posted.
